  • The Loft's Signature Trio: One styled preset focal point with balloon decor, two coordinated preset tablescapes, and a cohesive three color palette to complete your look. 
  • Up to 6 chafing dishes for food display to include fuel warmers & serving utensils. 
  • Full set-up and breakdown of included decor.

The Signature Trio is a curated event experience that includes:

  • Access to the venue for your reserved time. 
  • One styled preset focal point with balloon decor. 
  • Two coordinated preset tablescapes.
  • Three color palette to complete your look. 
  • Set-up and breakdown of included decor.


Each tablescape includes: linen, coordinated centerpiece, napkins, cutlery, glassware, table sign and  menu card.


Yes! You can choose your own colors, and you have the ability to choose decor from our preset collection. This allows us to maintain a polished, cohesive look while giving your event a personal touch. Fully custom or from-scratch design requests are not included. Specialty decor can be added as an upgrade. 


Specialty decor includes items beyond the collection such as custom builds, oversized installations, furniture, themed props, specialty florals, or other specialty rentals. These are add-ons for an additional fee. 


Absolutely! It's your event. Bring any additional decor or props that you would like to see reflected in your experience. Please note that we will not set-up any decor that we do not provide. 


No. Catering, desserts, favors, and entertainment are not included, but you are welcome to bring in vendors of your choice. 


We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date. The Loft-Forestville operates on a first come first served basis, so your date can get booked at any time. 


Yes! Specialty decor and additional decor are available as upgrades for an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss your customization and pricing. 


No. We will breakdown the included decor but clean up and returning the venue to it's original condition is your responsibility.
